We offer both modern and traditional methods of telephone interviews. Our CATI experts are equipped with modern CATI facilities
Traditional telephone interviews involve calling a sample of respondents and asking them a series of questions. The interviewer uses a paper questionnaire and records the responses.
Computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) uses a computerized questionnaire administered to respondents over the telephone. The interviewer sits in front of a computer terminal and wears a small headset. While interviewing, the questions are read from the computer screen in front of the interviewer, who also records the answers directly into the computer. The advantage is that CATI allows for immediate data analysis.
